詳細と補足 †
Boots of the Crusaderを探索していたJuncan卿の亡霊の話では、Kynarethの司祭Avita Vesniaが聖遺物を守護しているらしい。Avita Vesniaは、Imperial Cityの西、The Great Forestの外れに位置するShrine of Kynarethにいるので会いに行こう。
Avita Vesniaと話すと、Boots of the Crusaderを得るには、森の審判を受ける必要があること、また、審判に合格するには、Kynarethの教えのとおり「自然を恐れ、敬う」必要があることを教えてくれる。
彼女の指示通り森の中を進むと、巨大な熊Forest Guardianが襲い掛かってくる。この熊の攻撃に、応戦してはならない。しばらく、熊の攻撃に耐えていると森の審判は終了し、Boots of the Crusaderへの道が開かれる。
Boots of the Crusaderは、Kynareth's Grottoの内部に安置されている。これを手に入れればクエストは成功である。
Boots of the Crusaderを入手すると、後日、Priory of the Nineを訪れた際に、Avita VesniaがKnights of the Nineに入団してくれる。
